ပဒိုမန္းၿငိမ္းေမာင္အား လြတ္ေျမာက္မႈမွာ အစုိးရ၏ ကတိက၀တ္ ၿပီးဆုံးမႈျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း KNU ေျပာ

တစ္သက္တစ္ကၽြန္းႏွင့္ ေထာင္ဒဏ္ ၃ႏွစ္ ျပစ္ဒဏ္က်ခံရသည့္ ပဒုိမန္းၿငိမ္းေမာင္အား လႊတ္ေပးလုိက္ျခင္းသည္ အစုိးရဘက္မွ ေပးထား သည့္ ကတိက၀တ္ကို ၿပီးဆုံးေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္လုိက္ျခင္းျဖစ္သည္ဟု ကရင္အမ်ဳိးသားအစည္းအ႐ုံး-KNU က ေျပာသည္။
KNU ၏ တဲြဖက္အတြင္းေရးမႉး(၁) ဗုိလ္မွဴးေစာလွေငြက “ခၽြင္းခ်က္မရွိ သမၼတအမိန္႔နဲ႔ လြတ္တယ္ ဆုိလုိ႔ရွိရင္ေတာ့ သူတုိ႔ေျပာတဲ့အတုိင္း ေပါ့ေလ။ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္တဲ့ အပစ္အခတ္ရပ္စဲေရးမွာ မန္းၿငိမ္းေမာင္နဲ႔ သူတုိ႔နဲ႔ သေဘာတူညီထားတဲ့အခ်က္၊ က်ေနာ္တုိ႔အေပၚ မွာ သူတုိ႔ေျပာထားတဲ့ ကတိက၀တ္ကို ၿပီးဆုံးေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္တယ္လုိ႔ပဲ ယူဆပါတယ္”ဟု ေျပာသည္။
သို႔ေသာ္ ပဒုိမန္းၿငိမ္းေမာင္အား လြတ္ေပးျခင္းသည္ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံ၏ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးေဖာ္ေဆာင္မႈတြင္ အတုိင္းအတာတစ္ခုအေနျဖင့္ အသိအ မွတ္ျပဳေသာ္လည္း အျပည့္အ၀ ယုံၾကည္၍ မရေသးေၾကာင္း၊ က်န္ရွိေနေသးသည့္ ႏုိင္ငံေရးအက်ဥ္းသားမ်ားကို လႊတ္ေပးရန္ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ သည့္အျပင္ မ်က္ႏွာႀကီး၊ မ်က္ႏွာငယ္ မခဲြျခားဘဲ မွန္ကန္သည့္ ေစတနာျဖင့္ ဥပေဒ စုိးမုိးေရးေအာက္တြင္ ဆက္လက္ၿပီး ေဆာင္ရြက္ သြားရန္ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ေၾကာင္းလည္း ဗုိလ္မွဴးေစာလွေငြက ေျပာသည္။
KNU ဗဟုိေကာ္မတီ၀င္တစ္ဦးျဖစ္သည့္ ပဒုိမန္းၿငိမ္းေမာင္သည္ ျမန္မာသမၼတဦးသိန္းစိန္၏ တုိက္႐ုိက္အမိန္႔ျဖင့္ ယေန႔နံနက္ ၈နာရီခန္႔ တြင္ အင္းစိန္ေထာင္ကေနတစ္ဆင့္ လြတ္ေျမာက္လာျခင္းျဖစ္သည္ဟု ၎၏အမႈတစ္ေလွ်ာက္လုံးတြင္ လုိက္ပါေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးခဲ့သူ ေရွ႕ ေနဦးႀကီးျမင့္က ေကအုိင္စီသုိ႔ ေျပာသည္။
ပဒုိမန္းၿငိမ္းေမာင္အား လြတ္ေပးလုိက္ျခင္းသည္ အစုိးရဘက္က ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးကို လုိလားေၾကာင္း သက္ေသျပလုိက္ျခင္းျဖစ္သကဲ့သုိ႔ ႏုိင္ငံေတာ္သည္ ေရွ႕ကိုသြားကာ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးျဖစ္စဥ္ကို ခုိင္မာျပတ္သားစြာ ျပသလာေသာေၾကာင့္ ၀မ္းေျမာက္၀မ္းသာႀကိဳဆုိေၾကာင္း လည္း ေရွ႕ေနဦးႀကီးျမင့္က ဆက္ေျပာသည္။
ပဒုိမန္းၿငိမ္းေမာင္အား ယေန႔နံနက္ ၇နာရီခဲြေက်ာ္တြင္ အင္းစိန္ေထာင္တရား႐ုံး၌ အစုိးရက လႊတ္ေပးၿပီးေနာက္ ၈နာရီအခ်ိန္တြင္ ေနျပည္ေတာ္သုိ႔ ေခၚေဆာင္သြားၿပီး သမၼတဦးသိန္းစိန္ႏွင့္လည္း ေတြ႕ဆုံရန္ရွိသည္ဟု ရန္ကုန္ရွိ ကရင္အဖဲြ႕အစည္းမ်ားက ေျပာသည္။
ပဒုိမန္းၿငိမ္းေမာင္၏ဇနီးျဖစ္သူ ေနာ္၀ါးက “၀မ္းသာတာေပါ့ေနာ္။ ေတာ္လွန္ေရးလုပ္တာလည္း ႏွစ္ေပါင္း ၾကာၿပီေလ။ သူ အဲလုိ (တစ္ သက္တစ္ကၽြန္း) ျပစ္ဒဏ္ခ်မွတ္ခံရတာ စိတ္မေကာင္းဘူးေပါ့ေနာ္။ သူ အခု လြတ္လာတာလည္း အဖဲြ႕အစည္းနဲ႔ အမ်ားရဲ႕ ကူညီမႈေၾကာင့္ လြတ္လာတာပဲလုိ႔ မူးဂါး(အေဒၚ)ျမင္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္မုိ႔လုိ႔ မူးဂါးတုိ႔အေနနဲ႔လည္း အမ်ားႀကီး ေက်းဇူးတင္ၿပီးေတာ့ ၀မ္းသာလုိ႔ မဆုံးဘူး ေပါ့ေနာ္”ဟု ေျပာသည္။
ယမန္ေန႔က ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕၊ သမၼတဟိုတယ္လ္ရွိ ျမန္မာ-အီးဂရက္ (Myanmar E-gress)တြင္ ျပည္တြင္း ကရင္လူမႈအဖဲြ႕အစည္း ၃၀ေက်ာ္ ႏွင့္ ေတြ႕ဆုံခဲ့သည့္ အစုိးရ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ေရးအဖဲြ႕မွ ျပည္ေထာင္စု မီးရထား၀န္ႀကီး ဦးေအာင္မင္းက ပဒုိမန္းၿငိမ္းေမာင္အား လႊတ္ေပးမည္ဟု အာမခံသြားခဲ့သည္။
KNU ႏွင့္ အစုိးရတုိ႔ အပစ္အခတ္ရပ္စဲေရး ပဏာမ သေဘာတူလက္မွတ္ေရးထုိးခဲ့ၿပီးေနာက္ ေရွ႕ဆက္လုပ္ေဆာင္မည့္ အေျခအေနမ်ား ကို ရွင္းျပခဲ့သည့္ အဆုိပါေတြ႕ဆုံပဲြတြင္ ကရင္အဖဲြ႕အစည္းကိုယ္စားလွယ္ ၂ဦးမွ ပဒုိမန္းၿငိမ္းေမာင္အား တစ္သက္တစ္ကၽြန္း ခ်မွတ္မႈႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ ေမးျမန္းရာတြင္ ၀န္ႀကီးက ထုိသုိ႔ ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္သည္ဟု ၎ေတြ႕ဆုံမႈတြင္ ပါ၀င္ခဲ့သူ ကရင္အမ်ဳိးသမီးမ်ား ဖံြ႕ၿဖိဳးတုိး တက္မႈအဖဲြ႕ KWAG မွ ဦးေဆာင္ၫႊန္ၾကားေရးမႉး ေနာ္စူစဲနာလွလွစုိးက ေျပာသည္။
သူမက “မန္းၿငိမ္းေမာင္အေၾကာင္းကို ေျပာတာကေတာ့ က်မရယ္၊ ေဒါက္တာေကပရာ ႏွစ္ေယာက္ေပါ့ ။ Trust (ယုံၾကည္မႈ)ေတြ တည္ ေဆာက္ေနတဲ့ကာလမွာ တစ္ေယာက္နဲ႔ တစ္ေယာက္ မယုံၾကည္လုိ႔ မရဘူးျဖစ္သလုိ ပဒုိမန္းၿငိမ္ေမာင္ဟာ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးအတြက္ အဖုိး တန္တဲ့ အသုံး၀င္တဲ့လူျဖစ္တယ္ဆုိတာကို က်မတုိ႔ေျပာတယ္။ ၀န္ႀကီးကလည္း က်ေနာ္ ကတိေပးထားတဲ့အတုိင္း လႊတ္မွာပါ။ အဲဒါကို က်ေနာ့္ကို ယုံေပးပါလို႔ ေျပာတယ္”ဟု ေျပာသည္။
ယခုလုိ အစုိးရဘက္က ပဒုိမန္းၿငိမ္းေမာင္အား လႊတ္ေပးလုိက္ျခင္းသည္ ယုံၾကည္မႈ အဆင့္တစ္ဆင့္ တည္ေဆာက္လုိက္ျခင္းျဖစ္သလုိ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးတည္ေဆာက္မႈတြင္လည္း အလြန္ေကာင္းသည့္ အလားအလာတစ္ခုျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေနာ္စူစဲနာလွလွစုိးက သံုးသပ္လိုက္သည္။
ယခုလ ၁၃ရက္ေန႔က ပဒိုမန္းၿငိမ္းေမာင္အား အင္းစိန္ ေျမာက္ပုိင္းခရုိင္တရားရုံးတြင္ တရားသူႀကီး ဦးလွ၀င္းမွ မတရားအသင္း ဥပေဒပုဒ္ မ ၁၇(၁)ျဖင့္ ေထာင္ဒဏ္ ၃ႏွစ္၊ ႏုိင္ငံေတာ္ပုန္ကန္မႈ ပုဒ္မ ၁၂၂/၁ျဖင့္ တစ္သက္တစ္ကၽြန္းက်ခံေစကာ စီရင္ခ်က္ ႏွစ္ခုကို တစ္ေပါင္း တည္း က်ခံေစခဲ့သည္။
အသက္ ၇၀ႏွစ္ရွိ ပဒုိမန္းၿငိမ္းေမာင္သည္ လြန္ခဲ့သည့္၂၀၁၀ခုႏွစ္၊ ဇူလုိင္လ ၂၄ရက္ေန႔တြင္ တ႐ုတ္ႏုိင္ငံ၊ ကူမင္းေလဆိပ္တြင္ ႏုိင္ငံကူး လက္မွတ္ တံဆိပ္တုံးအတု ႐ုိက္ႏွိပ္ထားသည္ဟုဆုိၿပီး ထုိင္းႏုိင္ငံ ဘန္ေကာက္ေလဆိပ္သုိ႔ ျပန္ပို႔ခံခဲ့ရသည္။ တဖန္ ထုိင္းအာဏာပုိင္မ်ား က တ႐ုတ္ႏုိင္ငံ၊ ကူမင္းေလဆိပ္သုိ႔ ျပန္လည္ပို႔ေဆာင္ခဲ့ရာမွ ရန္ကုန္ေလဆိပ္သုိ႔ တဆင့္ျပန္ပုိ႔ခံရၿပီး ျမန္မာအစုိးရ အာဏာပုိင္မ်ား၏ ဖမ္း ဆီးျခင္းကို ခံခဲ့ရသည္။
ထို႔ေနာက္ ျပစ္မႈဆိုင္ရာ ဥပေဒပုဒ္မ-၄၆၈ႏွင့္ လူ၀င္မႈႀကီးၾကပ္ေရး အက္ဥပေဒ-ပုဒ္မ ၁၃/၁ တို႔ျဖင့္ ေထာင္ဒဏ္ (၆)လစီက်ခံခဲ့ၿပီး လြတ္ ေျမာက္ခါနီးတြင္ မတရားအသင္း ဥပေဒ ပုဒ္မ ၁၇(၁)ႏွင့္ ႏုိင္ငံေတာ္ပုန္ကန္မႈ ပုဒ္မ ၁၂၂/၁ျဖင့္ စဲြခ်က္တင္ခဲ့သည္။
သူသည္ ၁၉၆၇ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ႏုိင္ငံေရးအမႈျဖင့္ ျမန္မာအစုိးရ၏ ဖမ္းဆီးျခင္းခံခဲ့ရကာ ကိုကိုးကၽြန္းအက်ဥ္းစခန္းသုိ႔ အပုိ႔ခံခဲ့ရသည္။ ထုိမွတ ဆင့္ မန္းေအာင္ၾကည္၊ အျခားရဲေဘာ္တစ္ဦးတို႔ႏွင့္အတူ ပင္လယ္ျပင္ကို ေလွျဖင့္ ျဖတ္သန္းကာ ထြက္ေျပးလြတ္ေျမာက္လာခဲ့ေသာ္ လည္း ကုန္းပိုင္းအေရာက္တြင္ ဖဆပလ အစုိးရ၏ ဖမ္းဆီးျခင္းခံခဲ့ရျပန္သည္။
ထိုအေတြ႕အႀကံဳမ်ားကို အေျခခံထားသည့္ ‘မုန္တုိင္းကိုဆန္၍ ပင္လယ္ကိုျဖတ္ေသာအခါ’ဟူေသာစာအုပ္ကို ကေလာင္အမည္ ‘ရဲေဘာ္ ေရွာင္း’ျဖင့္ ၂၀၀၀ခုႏွစ္ေနာက္ပိုင္းက ေရးသားထုတ္ေ၀ခဲ့သည္။

be carefull everyone.this is a politial trick.if they want to free man nyian maung, why they decide to arrest him the whole life at the court?they will drive you guy crazy.
He was arrested according to the law, bring to court under the existing law, and now released under the authority of President which is according to the law. He cannot be released unless there is a final sentenced. cos no one is above the law. This is not a trick, its normal procedure. please study a bit more and try to see from positive side.
yes i will try to see from the positive side.and i always used to.i meant i am very happy because of i heard that man nyang maung was relase.but i still suspect according to 88 demost... and de pae yin.do you thik general khin nyunt was really arrested by burma militray and put him in his home seven years?it was a big trick.you know what ?they trick and blowing the whole world mind,from de pae yin to pyi thu sit ,pyi thu sit to muslin and buda problem at taung ngyu,and that problem to ceasefire with bo mya. after all they arrest general khin nyunt.and they said everything general khin nyunt had done is gone.we don't know!!.and now general khin nyung was release ......be carefull with burma my friend.khin nyunt and his follow has a great skill .they can live in the jail a liong time for their faith and oganize.as for me i still don't belived that general khin nyunt was really arrested.it could be his a big trick .and now they tried to trick a big trick a gain.do you think thein sein has a really power in burma??????do youy think than shway and maung aye was surrender easily and transfer their power to thein sein???????and now where are they????than shway,maung aye,khin nyunt and thein sein are the same and has the same idea.now they tried to seperate ethnic group.you see?now where is the federal army that the ethnic was trdied to oganize?it is a lot to think and suspect?????????let your thinking free my friend.don't thinking only inside your compound.when you are start thinking,burma already run around the whole world.

Now the most worry of Burmese government is the Unity of Ethnic arms group. They don't really all the Ethnic will united. They are not worry with Aung San Suu Kyi win the election but they afraid if UNFC stronger and United to become and forming of Federal Army. KNU is one of the most importand group in forming Federal army in UNCF. If Pado Man Nyein Muang will not release the cease fire likely to break so that the Burmese Government will not let it happen while they keeping offensive attacking to the KIA. Gaining cease fire with KUN is the most precious things the Burmese government archived to show the international community. If the cease fire broke between KNU and Burmese government the KUN will more focus on UNCF now the Burmese government divide all the group and deal one to one. They never want to deal with the group like UNCF.
