This article title had no sense. They only showed the red light for Burmese Government already had two different power such as government part and military part (it meant 2008 Constitution still alive).
The government tried to negotiate every ethnic groups, but they stated their words and policy were the same as the previous time. Why did they still using the words as the previous time to all ethnic groups? Please try to think about this!
