How many Wa representative involve in peace process. Even though the meeting held in their headquarter they don't even interest in participation. They are the most powerful in army and money. They can travel any where. even though the smallest arm group involve in discussion.
They don't care for NCA peace process. They don't even care or worry for the government to attack them.
They can handle their own issue and their interest is different.
