i strongly agree with Saw Nee Nee as he mentioned above about thieves election in the history of KNU.At least we know that a small thief can never win the big thief, so finally both big and small thieves have to unite together.therefore as you suggest and comment about the election it may not happen the say way as you think.to me personally i reckon small thief dare not to do it.
